The Victims Rights and Support Act 2013 was introduced into Parliament on 7 May 2013 and was passed on 3 June 2013 it has replaced the previous legislation.

Clause 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 2 advises that all pending and appeals lodged within the three months of the allowable time period will be considered under the new Act.

Appeals in relation to decisions made before 7 May 2013
