Victims Services values your feedback, suggestions and comments regarding your experiences with Approved Counsellors.
Complaints about Approved Counsellors are coordinated by the Strategy and Complaints Manager and consultation occurs with the Senior Project Manager, Approved Counselling Programs.
You may submit a complaint in writing to the:
